Access to the web site (www.peloessentials.com) and the purchase of products (“Products”) and services available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the ‘Terms of Services”). You are agreeing to all the terms, conditions and notices (“Terms”), without revision by the use of the services. You acknowledge that members of the Pelo Essentials team may update the Terms of Service when necessary.
SHOPPING
By placing an order (“Order”) for product (“Product”) online via www.peloessentials.com you are agreeing to pay the amount stated, subject to these terms. To select the products, you would like to purchase, simply add them to your shopping basket and click the option to “Proceed to Checkout”. Once the required contact information, delivery address and payment details are entered correctly, click the option “submit your order” to finalize the transaction. An automated confirmation email will be sent out once payment has been accepted and confirmed and that your order is being processed.
RETURNS POLICY
We at Pelo Essentials LTD pride ourselves in our high levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of human hair extensions, lace systems, lashes, and other hair accessories. All our hair products are derived directly from its country of origin and are prepared by some of the most skilled craftsmen in the industry. As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
In addition to your legal rights, refunds or exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 14 days of delivery. We may not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements. We suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange or refund can be made. In the specific case of lace wigs, lace frontals or lashes, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
PRICE
The price for each product is available in ten (10) different currencies and includes the applicable taxes. However, our sales are opened for other international purchase for customers in regions with different currencies outside the once provided for on the website. We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate, and all prices advertised are subject to such changes.
PAYMENT
For your order to be processed and dispatched, we must receive an authorized payment by credit and debit card as well as other methods. We also provide our customers with flexibly payment plan through Klarna. We encourage our customers to provide a correct billing and shipping address while making a purchase on our website. Orders with wrong billing addresses will not be processed and will be cancelled. We will not be liable for delivery to a wrong shipping address provided by the customer. Orders are processed securely online using a valid credit or debit card. Money will be debited from your account within 2-5 working days after the confirmation email is sent out.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We at Pelo Essentials LTD make every effort to update our products available for purchase. However, if for any reason this is not implemented we will contact you immediately via email giving you two options; wait for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Hair extensions are usually sent out within 48 hours when ordered within the UK before 4pm GMT. All international orders will arrive within 5-7 working days via standard delivery. Please note that sometimes delivery may be delayed up till 2-3 weeks due operational logistics reasons from our factory. All international orders are provided with an online track-able service. However, for customized/special product request, we usually commit to deliver within 2-6 weeks once your confirmation email is sent out.
We currently use DHL and Royal Mail-Airsure Service which delivers to over 30 destinations worldwide including all EU countries; Australia, the USA and Canada (please click the link to view the other destinations Airsure delivers to) http://www.royalmail.com/delivery/delivery-options-international/airsure/details. We will make effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, as delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.

We do not give any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product or Brand nor the right to copy them.
PRIVACY AND DATA POLICY
Pelo Essentials LTD guarantees to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We vow not to collect personal sensitive material without your consent. When placing your order, you may submit personal data to Pelo Essentials LTD. This information will be kept confidentially and securely and will only be used for the agreed purposes of processing your order and fraud prevention.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
GENERAL
Pelo Essentials LTD may change or withdraw any part of www.peloessentials.com or may refuse access to the web site at any time when necessary. Pelo Essentials LTD may terminate or suspend access to our services without notice to you upon breach of any of these Terms. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Pelo Essentials LTD and will only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
When entering the www.peloessentials.com site you are bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English High Court, the Strand, London. Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site whether in respect of its trade marks, copyright or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration the terms of which are to be agreed between www.peloessentials.com and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the English Courts whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.peloessentials.com. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of www.peloessentials.com
